Desiree had a lot of fun putting together a Flags of the World program for the After School Summer Bunch this week (eat your heart out Sheldon Cooper!). They talked about the flags, memorable landmarks and cultural contributions of fifteen countries.
Last week, students from the After School Summer Bunch joined Desiree down at the Community Center to learn about planets and constellations. They pulled apart Oreo® cookies to learn about the phases of the moon (yum) and put together their own Big Dippers from toothpicks and mini marshmallows.
Mad Science sent out one of their finest to show Ringling’s young scientists in training how sound rocks our world!
