Tai Chi for Better Balance Returning: Same Day, New Time!

FreeThe library will resume hosting Tai Chi for Better Balance Monday, January 28 at 10:30 a.m. in the Ringling Community Center. The 8 movements taught in this Tai Chi class can help seniors reduce the risk of falling, increase balance, and increase flexibility. Participants can learn ways to improve their posture, body, blood pressure and more through a series of slow continuous movements. It does not matter how strong, flexible, or active you are as Tai Chi is designed for people at all levels of health.
