Tai Chi: Moving for Better Balance Classes Continue to Do Well

Third Gleason Memorial Library tai chi moving for better balance classI want to thank everyone out there for passing the word along about these classes.  Tara Brown, Jefferson County OSU Extension educator, will begin offering an 5:00 – 6:00 p.m. evening class at the Ringling Community Center beginning Thursday, November 8th.  If you are coming to the Monday morning class and want some more tai chi time come on down.  If you can’t make the morning class feel free to check us out on Thursdays!

Educator, has offered to do an evening class beginning Thursday, November 8th from 5:00 – 6:00 p.m. Again, please share and pass the word along to anyone who might be interested.

We are looking forward to our second class next Monday, October 22nd at 9:30 a.m.  Please pass the word along to anyone you think might benefit from this program, as well as anyone who might just enjoy learning some tai chi movements.
